As we discuss “How to stay Healthy during times of uncertainty,” we will talk about maintaining emotional wholeness during this time of social distancing.
How do we stay sane and balanced during what feels like a season of isolation? Many of us have wrestled with loneliness, loss and frustration as our world has created a new normal for us.
As believers we have to pay attention to emotional signs of distress such as over eating, cycles of sadness, self defeating thoughts, anxious thoughts, over commitment to personal projects, etc. We must remember in this season that it’s ok not to be ok!
As we look at self-care, support, and supplication which is talking to God about it we plan to discuss new tools for coping and new ways to view our situation from a lens that empowers and promotes self growth!
