Taking care of our mental health can be just as critical as taking care of our physical health! Never be afraid to seek help.
Did you know that most insurance plans also cover behavioral health? Reach out to your insurance company to get a list of providers in your area. Many clinicians are now offering virtual sessions.
Even if you do not have insurance, most employers have an Employee Assistance Program. These are programs that allow for all employees to get free counseling sessions with local providers. Most programs cover at least 3 or more sessions!
Call your Human Resources Department for information about such programs.
