Outreach Ministry
The mission of the Outreach Ministry at Discover Life Church is to serve the community and extend the love and fellowship of Christ beyond the four walls of the church. Through community partnerships, the Outreach Ministry serves by planning and executing volunteer service projects across the greater Atlanta community.
Over the years, we have partnered with Helping Mamas, the Atlanta Mission, North Gwinnett Co-op, Trees Atlanta and Stripling Elementary. We also host our bi-annual iServe Saturday, an event in which we sponsor multiple simultaneous volunteer opportunities across the city.

Upcoming Outreach Events
Annual Back to School Drive
It’s time for our Annual Back to School Supply Drive & Resource Fair spearheaded by our Outreach Ministry. This year we are providing backpacks filled with school supplies as well additional resources such as food, clothing, housing, etc. to the students and teachers of Stripling Elementary.
We are collecting items on July 7th, 14th, and July 21st.
Join Our Outreach Team
We're currently looking for team members to help identify marketing needs, admin tasks, plan and proactively identify serving opportunities within the local community and handle logistics and the operations of donated items, on-site deliveries.
